In addition to creating products and services in line with social compliance standards, this policy commits to providing employees with their legal rights as outlined by the law, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining transparent, open, and respectful communication among employees, and creating a respectful work environment.

In this regard, our workplace accepts the following work principles:

Prevention of Child Labor

We commit to acting in accordance with the rules and principles regarding the employment of children and young workers.

Prevention of Forced and Compulsory Labor

We do not employ workers based on contracts with debts or by force or coercion, and we adhere to the principle of voluntariness in overtime work.

We make regular and overtime payments as defined by the Labor Law No. 4857 and employment contracts, and we do not employ workers below the minimum wage.

We prioritize occupational health and safety, comply fully with legal requirements and customer standards, take all preventive measures to avoid work-related accidents, ensure all employees participate in health and safety practices, and provide training to all employees on health and safety procedures.

Environmental Protection

We comply with current environmental regulations and customer standards, prevent environmental pollution based on environmental impact assessments, reduce pollution at the source through efficient waste management, use energy, water, and other natural resources efficiently, and minimize the carbon footprint and emissions from production and services.

Respect for Representation and Freedom of Association

We respect the right of employees to be freely and democratically represented through employee representatives.

Relationships with Suppliers

We ensure that the supplier companies we work with comply with social compliance requirements, evaluate, monitor, and enhance their social compliance levels in accordance with the principle of transparency.

Ethical Rules

We do not tolerate fraud, bribery, or corruption and adhere to the principle of transparency.

Management System

We commit to carrying out social compliance, occupational health and safety, environmental and quality management activities under a management system framework that complies with applicable laws, regulations, and customer standards, ensuring continuity, and continuously improving.
